  • Hourly: $70-90 Sliding Scale
    4 Week Package, 1x per Week: $260-360 Sliding Scale
    4 Week Package, 2x per Week: $500-680 Sliding Scale
    Limited pay-what-you-can slots

    We offer personal training in our home studio for a private workout experience. You'll receive a free initial assessment to make sure we’re a good fit, and we will create a custom strength training program just for you.

  • Prices are per Client, Minimum of Two Clients
    Hourly: $45-60 Sliding Scale
    4 Week Package, 1x per Week: $160-240 Sliding Scale
    4 Week Package, 2x per Week: $300-480 Sliding Scale

    In our group training sessions, two to three clients will work with one trainer. Each client will receive their own free initial assessment to make sure we’re a good fit, and we will develop a custom strength training program tailored to each individual.

Hi, I'm Penina! *

As a queer gym rat with chronic health conditions, my main goal is to help people who want to get stronger but don't fit the popular narrative of who is uplifted in gym spaces. I got into lifting after a breathing disorder stopped me from being able to play team sports. One of my favorite things about strength training is that I can go at a pace that works for my body. I've also had to build up my ability to lift with adaptations that make movements work for me. I love helping people learn to move and grow stronger in ways that work for them.
