Mission

Muscle Brunch is an inclusive exercise community designed for queer people, women, and anyone who has experienced harassment, unwanted attention, or has felt uncomfortable attending a gym for any reason. We want Muscle Brunch to feel welcoming for people of all genders, races, sizes, and abilities. We value inclusivity and safety, working out to feel good, affordability, community connection, and mutual support.

Vision

Our long-term goal is to own and operate our own facility in Providence, RI.

While we’re proud of what we’ve built in our home studio, the dream has always been to open a full gym! We want to welcome our greater community to a fully accessible space with adaptive equipment and options for membership, training, and classes.

We’re starting from the ground up as an L3C, a mission-driven structure
for socially oriented businesses to attract investments from foundations and donations from private supporters.

Donations also help us open more pay-what-you-can personal training slots for lower-income members.
